Can't view timesheet gadget

Dear Support team, please advice as there an employee failed to view and edit the timesheet gadget his username is ali.hendawy

Could you please press right mouse button - Inspect - Console tab, F5 and attach again.

Sorry i didn't get you, do you mean open a new tab and try to open the same gadget ten refresh and check if the issue solved or not?

Islam Ashraf, could you please try edit gadget configuration and in case of success opening press Contact Support at the bottom of opened form. Also please confirm if ali.hendawy can use reports by link https://idealsoft.atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/ac/timereports/timereports

2nd link doesnt open with Ali hendawy's account but it open using my account

is ali.hendawy active in User Management and have access to Jira core/Jira Software?
and what about 'could you please try edit gadget configuration and in case of success opening press Contact Support at the bottom of opened form'?

i cant edit the gadget using Ali hendawy's access i can just do it with my accont, yes ali is an active user and have access

Could you please reach Atlassian Support and ask them, if possible, set key=ali.hendawy
I will investigate, how can we work with ''', ' ', '<' in user keys.

there was problem with special symbols in user key.
