[TIME-1] Export to Excel

An excellent plugin! Many thanks for a solution to an oh-so-obvious feature gap.

Regarding the options, one colleague suggested that this plugin be enhanced with the ability to export a time tracker report to Excel. It's a potentially useful feature that allows us to dump time data into a format the client can access and process.

There is "Excel view" at "Project Pivot Report", may be this is what you need?
Otherwise, I understand, you'd like to have excel view for "Time Sheet Report"?

That's correct, it would be for the Time Sheet Report. Sorry I wasn't more clear on that.

I've just added 'excel view' to 'Time Sheet Report', and fixed handling permissions for it as well.
