Highlight Hours by week or month
In a scenario where you work less hours on Fridays, and some users work 40 hours per week and some 20. "Highlight hours" and "Remind user" by day is not usable :-(
Like report option "Sum by". It will be very helpful if there were an option to "Highlight hours" selecting per day, week or month. This also must be customizable per user, or by group.
This could be solved by just creating two groups: "workweek 40h", and "workweek 20h" and defining on the group its "Highlight hours" by week ;-)
The "remind user" report/email should have an option to stablish how much time before the users shoult be advised.
Lets say if we highlight per day, remind an hour before sending report. If we highlight per week, remind seven hours before sending report. If we highlight per month, remind two days before sending report.
Depending on the schedule, this can cause another problem and is that remain period must be subtracted from the checks.

Hi Alejandro,
If you switch to Sum by: week or month it should work as you describe, highlight if total hours is more or less than expected value = Highlight Hours * Number of Working Days in Week/Month.
Implementing different values per group is problematic and will not likely happen.
