configure schedule upon subscription

Andriy,

We are now beggining in the implementation of time sheet reports, many users are configuring its reports by first time, and are requiring many changes on the schedules, this is a time consuming task for admins that does not provide any value.

It will be very helpful if once the report is created, when the user clicks on the subscription link, the schedule form is displayed to the user (now only is accesible by admins on "Plugins - Timesheet Subscriptions - operations" ).

I think that is a very easy to implement improvement.

Found that users can also change their schedules on menu issues, timesheet schedules. But poing up the schedule form upon subscription enables the user for example to change email subjet.
