Submitting time with Enter key no longer works?

We recently upgraded JIRA to 7.2.7 (and updated the jiratimesheetplugin version as well), and now we're noticing that on the dashboard gadget, the popup that contains just a time entry and note entry field ... no longer submits when you hit 'Enter' when focus is in the note field. It does work to shift-tab back to the time field and then hit 'Enter', but this is less nice than it was before.

Can this be fixed?
