Issue #1066 resolved

Hello,

When using either the TimeSheet Report, or the gadget, our logs fill up with these messages below, and the entire JIRA instance responds very slowly:

    Hi Cristina,

Sorry I don't know how plugin may cause it, could you please see JRA-45794 and contact Atlassian Support for help?

    Thank you.

    Hello Andriy,

Thank you for your reply. I will also open an issue to Atlassian Support, but in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-45794 the problem seems to be that the mark is -2, in our logs that does not happen, marks are one of: [1,0] [0,0] and [-1,0]. I will also update this ticket with what atlassian support recommends.

    Hi Cristina,

    Another customer said:

Stopping JIRA service, rebooting the DB server , then starting JIRA service seemed to help a little though.

    Thank you.

Hi @CristinaAbunei Our instance is down too apparently from the timesheet plugin (Atlassian says so from logs). Can you kindly let us know how you resolved it? We don't have mark-2, just [1.0], [0.0] in the logs

"Dangerous use of multiple connections: replaced => count=1; marks=[0-0]; pool=30/30" or "Dangerous use of multiple connections: taken => count=2; marks=[1-0]; pool=31/30"
