Incorrect data in send an email

I had scheduled email reports on a specific day and time. The report should include data for the past week from Monday to Sunday. At the appointed time I received an email reports, however the reporting period was incorrect. For example, today I received the reports for the period from 5 March to 11 March (although I need a period of February 27 - March 5).

1) How to schedule reports to receive them for a period that I need (every Monday for the past week)?

2) To see the desired period, I'm right out of the letters click on the "Change" button and chose the date in the TimeSheet Report settings (27/02 - 05/03). After that I see in the Jira the right report, I click - send now, but again, I recieve an email with the wrong dates (05/03 - 11/03).

3) In addition, together with the planned email report, I get an Excel file containing the report. This file is completely empty. (I think because nothing was logged for this period)

4) The sum Total of tasks is incorrect (I think because nothing was logged for this period)

5) The Excel files for the scheduled report and for report from button "Export to Excel" are different. I would receive the files as from "Export to Excel" to my email.

Hi Alik,

Email is working in similar way as dashboard gadget, by weeks or months, and not by start/end date. So it tries to calculate corresponding week from the dates selected in the report, but it does not seem to work well all the time. It may be fixed in latest version though. Or recommended way is to get desired view in dashboard gadget (selecting different Reporting Day if needed), then click details, and then email. Thus it will use proper week by having offset. Ok, I will try. But why I recieve other dates if I click "Send now". I see, for example (27/02 - 05/03), click send now and recieve (05/03 - 11/03). It is ok?

Send now works in the same way as regular subscription, it calculates week view.

Since version 3.2.4 Send Now sends report with the dates as it is seen browser.
