Slowness, Timeout Errors and "JIRA Unavailable" errors

In the last 24 hours i keep getting either timeout errors, slowness of loading the reports (if it works) or JIRA Unavailable (see below) The requested resource failed to load. If the problem persists, please contact Atlassian Cloud Support.

Is there a problem with this plugin or Jira?

I need to work on data for March ASAP and this is blocking me.

    Hi Meytal,

    It might be the same as issue#1042, problem caused by filter shared with a group that was deleted.

    Or it might be because of too much data, even though I've tried to take care of it already. Does it work better if you reduce period, or error is shown even before you click View Report?

    Not sure what it is really, but it comes on and off. I used the same query now and it worked. A few minutes later it doesn't. I am guessing it is time-out issues.
