Timesheet gadget does not show issues with no time log

Hi, We are using version '3.0.8.3' of "JIRA Timesheet Reports and Gadgets Plugin" plugin.

I have configured a filter in Timesheet gadget on my dashboard in JIRA. The issue which I am facing is- Only those issues in which some time is logged are displayed in the gadget. The issues in which user has not logged any time are not getting displayed.

Please let me know is this behavior expected or am I missing something while configuring.

We are using JIRA version 7.2.9 and it seems "Show Empty Rows' option does not exist in this version.

What plugin version are you using? Though I think it should be there in any case. Could you please send screenshot of report configuration?
