Problem with installing in cloud

since 3 days i try to install it in the cloud version but every time i get a 401 fail. See attached screenshot.

We rally want to have this plugin! :)

Could you please try https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/timereports/cloud/overview instead, I'm not sure what's wrong otherwise.

that one works, I was able to install it. But https://excobusiness.atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/upm/marketplace/plugins/jira-timesheet-plugin is still not working.

Let me mark it as resolved, assuming workaround accepted.

If you'd ever like to come back to jira-timesheet-plugin, and problem persists, I think I would need to drop a record in DB, but I need to know your jira instance name, i.e. your-company in your-company.atlassian.net hostname.
