Time reports - Not able to generate time reports (duration month)

It is important that we are able to run time reports on monthly basis. Currently, unable to generate a time report for a duration of a month. I have tried 15 days and it works. JIRA tires generate the report but not able to display the results.

Can someone please look into this issue?

Could you please clarify what do you mean by "JIRA tires generate the report"? Do you get any error at any point? Is it for Time Reports for JIRA Cloud?

I can see the blue progress bar moving and doesn't progress at to reaches towards end of the bar. No results displayed... No error message displayed.

Could you please check Browser Developer Console if there is any JavaScript or Network error?
