Trying to generate time report hangs

See attached screen shot. Report sometimes works for some date ranges, but often report generation hangs.

    Looks like JIRA is having problems serving REST requests, and plugin can't handle it properly.

    Could you please check if you can open one of the failed requests manually in your browser?

    Also in previous screenshot, could you please scroll up and check if there are other error beside GET ... 500?

    Yes, image appears now.

    So JIRA REST API works for you, but add-on gets 500 internal server error, I'm trying to change it a bit, let you know once done.

    Sorry for delay. To move forward I'd like to suggest

    1. Please ask Atlassian for help, may be they can look at your instance and check why all requests by add-on are getting 500 Internal Error from JIRA.

    2. Collect support data to let me reproduce it locally. Please enable Track Support Data option in add-on configuration, then reload report and click Download Support Zip, and send it to me by email to azhdanov at gmail.com. You may need to change extension to something else to let it pass through.
