" Unexpected error - 'worklogDate' , 'worklogAuthor' fields

Hello I continue with the error message when try to use the TimeReport, so it does no work yet:
" Unexpected error The 'worklogDate' field does not exist or you do not have permission to view it. The 'worklogAuthor' field does not exist or you do not have permission to view it. "
I have sent a support request to Jira support about it, but they have not been able to solve the problem.
They suggest me to send this issue to TimeReports support for resolution.
Meyby it is a good ide to uninstall and re-install again the TimeReprot in my Jira cloud . It is possible to do uninstall and re install ?

Hi Andriy Yes , my Time Tracking seting is enable. And I have tested " worklogAuthor = currentUser() " and I get the same error message . " The 'worklogAuthor' field does not exist or you do not have permission to view it. "..

Hi Cesar,
Could you please check you have Time Tracking enabled in JIRA Administration?
If it is enabled, please try JQL like "worklogAuthor = currentUser()" in Issue Navigator and if it does not work, pass back it to Atlassian.
