[TIME-115] Improper file extension in Project/Report -> Excel View

The default extension of the generated report file is not correct. After saving it
via browser (without asking the file name and location, see WrongExtension.png)
I have to change the file extension from .jspa to .xls to open with Excel..
(the XML content is correct, just the file name extension is the problem)
I use the plugin with JIRA 4.1.2.

Sorry can't do anything with it, this is platform issue.
