Report don't work

Could you please help me? This user tried with 2 pc(screenshot pc01 y pc02) , to create the report and don't' work and in the administration pc of Jira, log in with this user account the report works correctly (pc03)

Hi Belissa,

I've removed sensitive info. And it seems to work for me on your instance, I've tried report from 1-Aug to 31-Aug for two projects on your screen shot. It might be better if you click Report Problem button and send me the error instead.
