Story Points not being exported via CSV export

Hi @azhdanov - continuing discussion on Issue #1152 here instead (created this new issue to keep clean).

Problem:

Story Point field is not being exported. It's the same for all projects, since about 1 week back perhaps.

For the majority of the fields, Story Point is not there any more (field empty in CSV). For some reason, SOME tickets (very few) get story points exported.

So far there was no any evidence there are any Story Points missing in exportData.csv.

@azhdanov did you check the files I sent over? Story points ARE DEFINITELY missing for the issue key I sent over.

Please have a look at what I sent over - if I spend time identifying your bugs, please take the time to investigate what I send to you
