[TIME-116] would be easier to read timesheet if '-' or empty is displayed instead of 0h when no time is logged

When viewing the time sheet report, it is hard to find the logged time from lots of '0h' where no time is logged.
it would be easier to read the timesheet if '0h' is replaced with '' or '-'

Sorry can't get what you mean? Don't see 0h in Timesheet Report, see picture.

Ok, it makes sense, since all reports do not display 0h.
