    Hi Tihomir,

Could you please check what is the issue that causes the problem? You may try to open Browser Developer Console and see failed requests on Network tab.

    Thank you.

Looks like all the issues,. the filter is a project that this user has admin permissions. If I run this from another user, I get some results.

In debug tab, I can see that there are issues from other projects, that should not be in this gadget.

It might be caused by combination of Sum SubTasks, and Composition Issue Link configured in add-on configuration.

Could you please clarify whether there are issues in selected CSS project that refer restricted SRSN project issues somehow?

    Hello, Andriy

Here is what the user replied:

None of the issues refer the issues from SRSTN project. Looks like, there is issue with sum of subTasks field Once I select the subtasks, its showing the error.

And , we need option otherwise EPIC will not show the correct number.

    Hi Tihomir,

Would it be possible for you to collect support data to let me reproduce it locally? Enable Track Support Data option in add-on configuration, then reload report and click Download Support Zip button, and send it to me by email to support@jiratimesheet.com. Or create private service request here.

Note, there is some reference for sure, but may be it goes from another issue. It might be possible to chase it also by executing JQL in Issue Navigator like: worklogAuthor = username and worklogDate > -1w for exampple. Then check whether any issue refers to SRSTN project some how.

    Thank you.

    Hi Tihomir,

In the recorded scenario provided, I can see that you have configured Parent Issue Field: Epic Link (customfield_11950).

And issue SRSVWTO-741 matching search query has issue TNO-58 as Epic Link, but it's not visible (404 is returned).

I've tried to handle it gracefully, please let me know weather it helps.

    Thank you.
