Time Reports for JIRA Cloud - add on not working

This add on is not working. Every time I have been trying to run a report, I get a failed message

Hi Michelle,

Could you also please clarify which kind of report you're trying to run? May be you could reduce period or data loaded, or there is something that can be improved in the way plugin loads the data.
