Regarding the image, is it possible to avoid this email when the user has no worlogs in the week?

Hi Adolfo,

Sorry no, this is designed to to be unconditional, to review timesheet periodically. On contrast, there is Remind Users option in subscription configuration and it can be suppressed when Timesheet is complete, but not when it's empty.

I can't see good reason to subscribe to timesheet email if someone does not track time. So I think it could be enough to unsubscribe from timesheet email.
