Time report does not load

Hi. I hope this is the right place for reporting my issue; if not please forgive me!

On Jira Cloud, I can't load some timesheet reports. Attached is an example of my report settings.

Just "The requested resource failed to load." Nothing more.

(please note that I finally found how to open a ticket on Atlassian's website)

Hi Seb, Is message appears at top right and looks like 'The requested resource failed to load. If the problem persists, please contact Atlassian Cloud Support.'? And I see 'NO LICENSE' sign, do you use trial version and when trial period has been started?
