Certain users unable to add time from gadget
After updating the plugin in Jira Server the Jira Timesheet gadget no longer works for a handful of our users. Out of more than 90 users in Jira, 5 cannot add time from the Timesheet gadget after the update. See screenshots for details. Normally a "+" and "x" icon shows up to add or delete the time from the gadget.
For everyone else the timesheet gadget works as expected.
Reinstalling the plugin may solve this issue, but I don't know if all time sheet data will be lost if I do this.

Problem with logging work is fixed, and update is expected next week.
However problem with update is not clear, is something else still wrong with update?

reporter I don't know. I'm working with Atlassian Support to debug issues with plugin updates. Considering that the plugin appears to have updated correctly (reports the correct version) and the gadget works as expected for most of our users, I think it did actually update. I don't know why it doesn't work for the other users.
There's an existing issue with logging work?

Yes, the problem is with renamed users only, i.e. when user key is different than username.

reporter Eh? I'm confused. This issue is still present. What do you mean by "renamed" users? Where can I check the user key/username?

Fix is not released yet. It's hard to determine user key, and I don't think it's worth of.

I recently updated the plugin though the update failed with "An unexpected error has occurred. Please refer to the logs for more information." However there are no errors in the logs.
