Experiencing JIRA crashes after upgrade from JIRA Software 7.1 to 7.8

Issue #1193 on hold
Vid Kraner created an issue

Hi,

I want to report the crashes of JIRA that might be connected to your plugin. We have updated JIRA from 7.1 to 7.8. After that we experienced crashes (insufficient memory). We got suggestion from Atlassian that we should increase the connection pool max size. After we did, the issue did not appear until today. I was using your gadget when crash happened, I was testing the setting about Composition Issue Link .

In the logs I've found, the last log before the crash:

25-Apr-2018 14:57:42.265 WARNING [http-nio-8080-exec-23] com.sun.jersey.spi.container.servlet.WebComponent.filterFormParameters A servlet request, to the URI https://jira.logicdata.at/rest/timesheet-gadget/1.0/timechart.json?baseUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fjira.logicdata.at&gadgetTitle=&startDate=&targetUser=&targetGroup=FAE+Member&collapseFieldGroups=true&excludeTargetGroup=&numOfWeeks=1&reportingDay=&projectOrFilter=&projectid=&filterid=11465&projectRoleId=&commentfirstword=&sumSubTasks=true&groupByField=components&offset=0&monthView=true&_=1524661021387, contains form parameters in the request body but the request body has been consumed by the servlet or a servlet filter accessing the request parameters. Only resource methods using @FormParam will work as expected. Resource methods consuming the request body by other means will not work as expected.

I will happily provide more data if needed. Here is also link to issue reported to Atlassian: Report at Atlassian Support
