Dates format is not supported in Jira

The default date format is not supported in the time Report in Jira.

Therfore, I am not able to investiagate the time spent by the developers in solving the tasks.

This step is critical in invoicing to the client

Did you specify the dates manually? Could you please try to use calendar icon instead?

Hello Andriy Yes I have tried both methods but the error is different: 1) entering the date manually: is returning mistaken results Dates entered 1/11/18 - 19/11/18-> error in the report dates: the time report is displayed but for other dates 23/11/18- 29/11/18 (looks like it is returning the weekly time report which is the default result in case the fields are left empty)

2) entering dates from calendars: is returning an error message saying that the date format is not supported ( as specified in my print)

Hello. The dates mentioned in the file are not taken into cosideration... The systen is acting as the "Start date" and "End date " fields are emprty and therefore is returning the report of the last week. [cid:e5428498-da15-42ae-ad4f-99cd2aef069a]

I have tried all the dates formats and this seems to be conclusive. Can you please advise. Thanks Regards
