CSV File Export has broken results due to not quoting text fields with potential commas

When exporting as CSV file it is usually broken and does not line up with the headings because there are commas in the text fields. Summary and usernames are the most common fields with commas and should be in quotes for the CSV export so that it is not broken.

    This is the Time Sheet gadget on a Wallboard and using the button Export to CSV. We are running Timesheet Reports and Gadgets version 3.3.6 in Jira version 7.10.2. CSVExport.PNG

    Would you mind validating attached Timesheet.csv file, which I've got with the fix I work on?

    Note, it should have two worklog entries, with a lot of comas and quotes where possible.
