Our time reports add-in is failing to load. It pops up with a Cloud9 IDE Application preview message and then it's just not responsive. We cannot generate timesheet reports, nor enter time entry data.

Hi Kelly,

I'm terribly sorry for this, though it should be fixed now, you may go to App Management in Jira Settings - Apps, and see Update Available for the Time Reports, so please do perform the update.
