Cannot locate/launch Timesheet Reports & Gadgets after install

Our JIRA admin team has stated twice that the Timesheet Reports & Gadgets for Server plug-in has been successfully added/installed; however, the Timesheet Report is not found under the Projects > “Some project” > Reports > Others area and the expected URL (http://ca1-eadjira-upg.rws.ad.ea.com/plugins/servlet/ac/jira-timesheet-plugin/timereports) throws a 404 error within JIRA.

JIRA version: 7.6.4

Note: my objective is to test Timesheet Reports & Gadgets for a recommendation whether to use or not for multiple teams; we also have Tempo Timesheets installed (and working) in case this could be causing some conflict.

Hi Nathan,

Url you composed is for Jira Cloud, and I guess you have Jira Service Desk Server.

Report may be opened using Details link in corresponding Dashboard gadget. It can be added to Jira Dashboard, see Jira Documentation for more information.

It is also possible to create quick link using Application Links or Project Shortcuts to something like http://ca1-eadjira-upg.rws.ad.ea.com/jira/secure/TimesheetReport.jspa?reportKey=jira-timesheet-plugin%3Areport
