Choose components in Jira project from reference

Hi, a question from a newbie:
Is it possible to create an editable reference/master list of components and select from there for each new project instead of entering components manually per project?
Basically, I have added a master list of components to a template project but when I clone a new project from the template, I have to add components to the clone manually again.

This seem to be JIRA specific question (not Time Reports) and likely not possible.
