jira server version 8.3 prime time sheet version 3.4 - Unable to run Time Sheet Report

Hello, We recently upgraded Jira and Primetime Sheet Reporting to the latest versions (Jira 8.3 core server and prime time sheet version 3.4) and we are since unable to run the Time Sheet Report. When we got to the page, not all filter options are displayed and the Next button is no longer displayed as it used to.

Please use version 4.1 instead.
