Project Pivot Report gadget in DAshboard / REport section doesnt load properly/ very slow

Project Pivot Report gadget in Dashboard gives only blank value . when tried the same gadget through report section in Jira , it is taking so much time to select the field Filter / or any other fields

Hi,

Could you please try to enable Favorite Filters option in Jira Settings - Add-ons - Timesheet Configuration? It should improve selecting Filter field at least, but may help in other cases.

If it does not help, could you please check in Browser Developer Console, if there is any javascript error, or in Network tab see if any REST request is taking long.

We tried to enable the Favorite Filter options & set the filter in Project Pivot gadget field Show Summary For Filter . However, the gadget is loading for longer time and goes back to the edit section or displays blank page on the dashboard

Hi,

You may also try to configure Exclude Projects in Timesheet Configuration, or Group by Fields.

Or may be reindexing Jira is needed.
