There is another request to track bundling this plugin: https://studio.atlassian.com/browse/JST-1649
Also, there is related Tempo Plugin, which has a trial version that is already bundled with JIRA Studio.

As you may have seen, this is now included with JIRA Studio 2.4, which was deployed earlier this week.

1) Done, https://studio.atlassian.com/browse/JST-3608 - please, vote for it!
And lost at step 2. "File a support ticket ( http://support.atlassian.com/) to have the plugin installed on the Studio Plugin Testing ( http://plugintesting.jira.com/) instance, and have a user created with administrative access so you can test the plugin with JIRA Studio.
Trying to request Administrators for account on Studio Plugin Testing instance I get "403 Forbidden"
