[TIME-128] Error when installing in Jira 4.2.1

After installing in Jira 4.2.1, the plugin dialogs / plugin embedded in Dashboard only show strange strings.

Used plugin version is

4ddde05a6637f41bab4c71b6001372f6 jira-timesheet-plugin-2.0.jar
