    Hi Andrew,

I see this problem happening again on the version 2.3.1 running on JIRA 5.0.2

What is the cause of this in the first place? A project update? Is there any database hack that fixes this? Thanks.

    Best regards,
    Ricardo Martins

What is the error this time? You may need to reconfigure plugin.
