[TIME-142] Moving Timesheet plugin from 1.9 to 2.0

Hi,
Previously we are using JiRA-4.0.1 and Timesheet plugin ver-1.9 which are working fine..
But when we upgrade JiRA to 4.2 then we also upgrade timesheet plugin to v-2.0 (with v-2.0 in plugins/installed-plugin folder)

Issues:
1 – After upgrading we find that Timesheet Legacy Gadget which was configured with ver-1.9 is giving error with ver-2.0 showing "Unknown Legacy Portlet"

2 - If you configure New Timesheet Legacy Gadget with ver-2.0 and then downgrade plugin to ver-1.9 then the new portlet will throws an error "HTTP-404" (as attached image).

There must be no legace portlet gadget, plugin v 2.0 introduces normal gadget, it uses plugin platform v 2.0. Please do not use legacy/1.9 plugin since Jira 4.1
