[TIME-153] Timesheet gadget doesn't immediately update with logged hours

This has been created from an issue on Studio that a customer reported. He's finding that the gadget often doesn't update with the work logged for hours, sometimes not until the next day. We've installed the newest release from May 11, but the issue seems to persist.

I'm having the same issue, using the 2.0 release from Mar 29, 2011 on JIRA 4.2.3
I was previously using the 2.0 release from Jan 07, 2011, which I don't believe had this issue.

Hopefully fixed, reverted issue #141 "[TIME-141] JIRA Timesheet not re-loading properly" fix.

Committed revision 161240: reverted using #oauth, use pragma no cache again.
