[TIME-173] 'Show Details' does not work in Time Sheet Report

The report will show all details whether or not the field 'Show Details' is checked. Tested with version 2.2, downloaded on 9 September 2011.

Currently if 'Show Details' is unchecked report does not display entries per user, but only per project and overall, so it looks mostly the same unless you have more than user in the reported period.
Please clarify what's the problem if necessary.
