[TIME-175] System error when generating timesheet report using groups instead of a single user

Steps to reproduce:

View Project Page
Select Report -> Time sheet report
Enter date for past week
Add group

Get attached server error when generating this report. It works ok for a single user.

Must be caused by deleted users, and might be fixed in issue #221 "[TIME-221] NullPointerException while creating pivot report"

I am running plugin version 2.1 on Jira Hosted. It is not fixed, and I still get the same exception when using groups instead of a single user.
