[TIME-188] Timesheet gadget doesn't work over https

Installed Jira v4.4.1 and installed timesheet plugin through UPM.
If open my dashboard via http gadget works fine,
but if opened via https gadget just shows loading bar animation.

Please see issue #176 "[TIME-176] Jira Timesheet version 2.2 for Jira version 4.4 not loading", issue #174 "[TIME-174] Timesheet Gadget does not find REST ressource", issue #143 "[TIME-143] Plugin Incompatable with Jira 4.3" and may be more.
