[TIME-189] Timesheet Plugin shows gadget.common.error.500

The plugin error began on 10/21, when we changed Jira from running as a service, to running as a standalone interactively on the console to utilize more memory. Replaced Tomcat 32 bit (which could only access 1GB of memory)to 64bit on 10/21. On 10/25, we switched back to a service, but are still having the issue. The system has been restarted several times over the last few days during this process.
