[TIME-200] time-sheet report date ranges

after upgrade from 4.3.2 to 4.4.3 an using the when running time-sheet report and adjusting my user's time-zone to be one hour in front of the system one.
when i run the time sheet report from say 25'th to the 30th , i get the 24th to the 30th in the report.
Changing back my user's time-zone to the default and the report works normally.

just tried out with 2.2.4 and it is still present.
