[TIME-202] Please add Optin for human readable / naturally display

clients and colleagues (and also myself ) often set a 5-10m work log which affects your great TimeSheet Plugin to display Hours like:
1.167h
which naturally spoken means:
1h 10m
(and is also entered in that format)

can you please add this sort of display (as an option)

Thank you for the option!

Some notes on your implementation:

• the output is too formal so cells are very big now (see attached screenshots). Perhaps it would be better to get the short-form "m" for "minutes" as in the input field
• with "can you please add an option", not a backend flag was meant but a frontend-flag which might be set / unset on each report, but it's ok for me atm
