[TIME-206] After upgrading to java 6u30 users are unable to use plugin

We upgraded to Java 6u30 last night and today we are seeing some errors with displaying the plugin info.

We also put nginx as a proxy in front of jira.

After much more testing today i have determined it is actually due to https. I have linked the appropriate bug
