[TIME-207] Limit visibility/usability of gadget to certain users

Hi!

We like this plugin very much, as it is a very good tool for our management. However, our developers can also have a look into those sheets, but this is not always wanted. From a data security point of view it could be harmful (or even prohibited by German law) if a developer can see how long another developer has worked per day/week/month.
We would like to continue that our developers should still be able to assemble their own dashboard as their wishes. So, regrouping the developers to a group that has no right to administer projects is no option for us, unfortunately.
So, the question is: Can there be a option implemented where we can decide which user should have access to this special gadget and which user should not?
That could help us a lot.
