[TIME-222] Time Sheet plugin is throwing null pointer exceptions.

We are seeing null pointer exceptions when trying to view reports from the time sheet plugin. This seems to be intermittent and we have tested the following:

privileges (not the issue)
browser types (not consistant ff seems ok for me but others it breaks) not a cache problem

The date range im using to test is beginning of the month to the current date. \

any suggestions you can provide?
