[TIME-224] JIRA Timesheet Report by Group does not show users name

Affected Version is 2.3.1 but it's not available here.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Select Project
2. Click Reports > Timesheet Report
3. Pick a group

In 2.2 (compatible with JIRA 4.4) there would be the username in selected areas http://owely.com/415eYBr
Now, there is not.

There's a few OnDemand customers reporting this issue, it would be good if a fix could be prioritised.
