[TIME-225] GroupTimeSheet gadget can't select All Projects

The parent issue added a list of Projects to the GroupTimeSheet gadget.
But unlike the Time Sheet Report, there's no All Projects choice.
This makes the gadget unusable for us since we do time control by groups, not projects (ergo the Critical priority).
Please add an All Projects choice, and make it default.

I encounter the same problem in the 2.3.2 version with Jira 5.0

The parent task has added a feature that causes this bug (I'd call it regression).
The parent has this comment: Andrew Zhdanov 17/Feb/12 6:45 AM: "Done in 2.1, 2.2.7 and 2.3.2".

(I tried to add 2.3.2 to "Affects Version", then saw such version is not defined in jira)

According to me, using select box for project selection is not a good idea here, there can be too many projects in some JIRA installations, and also by using select boxes, it's not possible to select more than one project.

I agree, but have not managed to use ProjectOrFilter picker (which is ajax edit box) for projects only. Later if there will be a problem, I think gadget can be reworked to accept filter parameter also.
