[TIME-226] Built JARs are unclean (include SVN files)

Some builds (JARs) include .svn directories, and maybe that's the reason the size varies so much. Eg:

jar MANIFEST date size comment jira-timesheet-plugin-2.1.jar 20110618 266,495 has .svn jira-timesheet-plugin-2.1.jar 20110830 144,830 clean jira-timesheet-plugin-2.1.jar 20120217 293,087 has .svn

The latest 2.1 build:

Is especially unclean, having files such as
group-timesheet-gadget.xml.working
group-timesheet-gadget.xml.merge-left.r166663
group-timesheet-gadget.xml.merge-right.r166691
