[TIME-23] The columns in the Time Sheet Summary have changed.

The summary column has increased in length and the comment column has decreased.

This is a problem when you have your dashboard split in two columns.

It is also a problem when you look at the details which make it extremely long

Fixed for version 1.5 and 1.6 in portlet and both reports
