[TIME-241] Printing causes some timesheets to go blank

In all major browsers, the timesheet view causes at least one of the timesheets to be unprintable. Instead, a large, gray-bordered rectangle appears.

I've attached screenshots of the print preview windows for current versions of Chrome, Firefox, and IE. I've also attached code saved from a timesheet view page.

I think the issue may be that you save page first then print it. I tried File-Print-Preview from browser when opened from server and don't see any issue. Notice in ie.png - your browser has disabled javascript...

Whoops, I don't know why I gave a screen shot of me doing a print preview of a saved file. I'll attach a PNG of a print preview of the live site shortly.

For clarity: Javascript is not disabled, and the only reason I saved a copy was to upload it here. I do not save copies then print.
