[TIME-244] Project Pivot Report & Gadget for Group is empty

If I try to create a Project Pivot Report (plugin version 2.2.8) and select a group the result is empty, even if there are timekeeping entries for users of this group.

To reproduce I do the following steps:
1. Generate a Project Pivot Report for a Project and a time period where I get results for a user U (who is in group G).
2. Generate the same report while additionally restricting the report to user group G.
=> Result is empty.

For the Project Pivot Gadget I get the same empty result.

I attached a patch TIME-244.patch which fixes the problem for the 2.2 branch.

Thank you for the patch, I've added, however I don't think it's critical problem, because I think it happens for you (only) because of unassigned issues. Fix is added to 2.2.8 and 2.3.3

You're right, but we have a lot of timekeeping issues without an assignee...
